1. Application
PGV series 500×500 pneumatic gate valve is a main flow control device for powder, grain materials and small particles during its transmission. The easy worn points of this gate valve is made of anti-friction materials, as well which had fully considered the characteristics of powder materials, grain body and hard material during the valve structure design, thus the stuck phenomenon by the materials for the valve and the valve board can’t slid is seldom to appear. This series valve can work under bad environment for a long-term without troubles. PGV and EGV series gate valve are equipped with pneumatic and electric drive devices to control the valve and which is ideal equipment for flow adjustment.
2. Structure features
1). Pleasing appearance, compact structure, small size, light weight, non resistance, easy installation and no angle limit.
2). Valve plate is used of highly heat-resistant materials with good properties of anti-corrosion under high-temperature, high worn resistance, and no powder and dust leakage.
3). Adopt a dual role cylinder for smooth transmission, small vibration and low noise.
3. Working principle
PGV Series pneumatic gate valve is operated by a dual role cylinder electromagnetic valve. When the electromagnetic valve gets electricity, the valve opens, when the electromagnetic valve lose electricity, the valve closes.
